This 44-year-old female wanted to turn back the clock to a pre-pregnancy appearance. She specifically didn't like the sagging of her breasts and the excess skin of her abdomen. She also didn't like the central "pooch" she noticed in her abdomen after her kids. She underwent a tummy tuck with muscle tightening and a breast lift without implants. She is shown here approximately 3 months postoperatively and loves her rejuvenated abdomen and breasts. Scars will continue to fade for up to 1 year.
