Case Details
This is a 37 year old, 5'11", 160 pound woman who underwent breast augmentation prior to consulting with Dr. Vath. She desired a more attractive shape with less of a shelf to her upper breast poles and smaller areolae. She underwent an implant exchange, removing her 500 cc saline implants and placing 450 cc, smooth, round, moderate profile silicone gel implants. The Dr. Vath performed a mastopexy (breast lift) to reshape her contour and create more attractive breasts.
Post-operative pictures are from 5 weeks after surgery.
