Breast Lift Before & After Case 310

This is  a 26 year old, 5'7", 143 pound woman who complained of loose abdominal skin and deflated breasts after having children. She underwent a breast lift with implant placement in order to fill out and improve the contour of her breasts.  She had 270 cc, smooth, round, silicone gel implants placed beneath the pectoralis muscle followed by the mastopexy (breast lift) in order to achieve perky breasts. She underwent a tummy tuck to tighten and flatten her abdomen. During the abdominoplasty, her muscles and skin were tightened in order to achieve the look she desired. Her post-operative pictures are from 1 month after surgery. Her scars will fade considerably over the following year.
