Case Details
This 24 year-old grad student from California had been on "Andro-gel" testosterone therapy for approximately 6 months when they presented to us, asking for a full masculinization effect from this smaller B-cup starting point. This nipple was left attached with a dermal "bridge" attachment (from above and below), and exactly 223gm of tissue was removed from either side. They were back in town almost 2 1/2 years later when these photos were taken, demonstrating excellent late scarring and somewhat oval shaped nipple-areolar complexes (which is not always able to be achieved).
