Case Details
This 33 year-old mom of 3 had undergone submuscular augmentation with 385cc gel implants and vertical ("lollipop") lifts only several years prior, but wished to undergo pocket tightening with slightly larger Motiva implants. A revision of her lifts was also recommended. Dr. Steinwald placed 430cc "Ergonomix" Motiva gel implants in the submuscular position after tightening up her pockets, and a full (anchor-scar) lift was also performed. She is shown here at approximately 2 months post-op, with some settling and scar maturation expected over the next 6-12 months.
