This patient sought to enhance her breast shape and fullness while maintaining a soft, natural appearance. The implants were placed through a discreet inframammary fold incision, allowing access to subfascial pockets above the pectoralis muscle. Placement above the muscle further reduces the likelihood of implant settling too low—a complication known as malposition.

Two different implant volumes addressed the patient’s natural asymmetry: a 285cc implant on the left and a 265cc implant on the right. The results provided her with added cleavage and gentle upper pole fullness while preserving softness and natural movement. The outcome achieved her priority for a balanced, feminine contour without the overt look of larger implants.
