Case Details
This 66 year old patient came to us "tired of looking tired." She underwent a mini (short scar) facelift and lower pinch blepharoplasty (eyelid lift) with fat pad removal. The mini-facelift gave a significant improvement of her lower face, including "jowling", as well as smoothing the wrinkles on her neck. The lower blepharoplasty got rid of the crepey skin under her eyes and the small amount of fat that was there giving her a tired appearance.
She is shown before and 4 months post-op.
