Case Details
This very pleasant 56 year-old woman who had already undergone an upper blepharoplasty (eyelid lift) through our office now returned wishing to address the lower 2/3 of her face, especially bothered by the neck and jowl areas. I recommended a limited-incision/"mini-facelift", under light general anesthesia. She tolerated this well, and was very pleased with her improved contours, especially along the jawline (photographs from approximately 3 months post-op).
