50 year-old woman who disliked the appearance of her anterior neck after gradual again (but also had undergone jaw surgery for a fracture approximately 20 years earlier). She underwent a mini-facelift with Dr. Steinwald (concentrating on the neck area), and is shown here at approximately 6 weeks post-op.
