Case Details
This 40-year-old woman presented with concerns about her lower face, neck, and chin. She did not like her profile and lack of neck definition. She underwent a facial contouring procedure consisting of liposuction of her neck, subplatysmal fat resection, and platysmaplasty. Because she did not have loose or lax skin, no skin removal or tightening was necessary.
She is shown before and 6 weeks after her procedure.
