Case Details
33 year-old woman with dorsal fullness and also "boxy tip" issues (plus semi-obsructed breathing on deep inspiration); underwent a full rhinoplasty with dorsal reduction, open tip refinement (somewhat limited by skin thickness), and an internal septoplasty in the same sitting. This often results in swelling up to one year post-op (photos are from 6 months out), but a softer, more balanced nose overall, which can already be appreciated.
