47 year-old female who presented to Dr. Steinwald principally concerned with her lower neck aging. Dr. Steinwald recommended a "mini-facelift" (which includes significant neck-lifting and tightening elements), performed just around the ears as a 3-hour outpatient procedure. This shows what is possible just shy of a classic "deep plane facelift" here in Denver, which also generally incurs more risk, expense and time in the OR.
