Mommy Makeover Before & After Case 10942

This 43 year-old mother of 3 wished to undergo a formal breast reduction (wearing approximately a 38DD bra-size), but also wished to recontour her abdominal wall/framework (even though her musculature was in reasonable shape).  I advised her that she was an excellent candidate for both a moderate breast reduction, as well as an abdominoplasty (many in Denver seek similar "Mommy Makeovers"), to be performed as an outpatient. This indeed was performed without incident, during which approximately 410gm was removed from the right breast, and 390 on the left.  The patient recovered fairly quickly (these photos are from approximately 1 month post-op), returning to her active life within 2 weeks.
