Case Details
This is a 52 year old, 5'2", 138 pound woman who wanted perkier breasts and a flatter, tighter tummy. She previously underwent breast augmentation at another facility with 535 cc saline implants She wanted these removed and replaced with significantly smaller, gel implants and to have a mastopexy (breast lift) to achieve a perkier appearance that was more proportionate for her body. In addition to an implant exchange using 270 cc silicone gel implants and a mastopexy, she underwent an abdominoplasty to create a tighter tummy. Post-operative pictures are from 2 months after surgery.
