This 48 year old woman had delivered 3 children and had lost only a portion of her post-partum weight (currently weighing 175').  She also had symptoms of mammary hypertrophy, with a slightly larger, more ptotic left breast apparent.  She had moderately lax abdominal musculature, and a fair amount of lower abdominal tissue that just wasn't responsive to diet or exercise.
