This 42 year-old mother of one (by C-section) had also had a lap-band placed, and had stabilized after a 60' weight loss (in the 190-pound range).  She wished to address her significant abdominal tissue excess, as well as the laxity of her breasts (which were in a 40D range), but she didn't want to lose too much volume.

I advised her than many other women in Colorado seek a "Mommy Makeover", which generally involves an abdominoplasty and a breast rejuvenation procedure (in this case, a formal mastopexy). She also underwent liposuction of her underarm and hip areas.  She was quite pleased with her results (shown here at approximately 3 months post-op).
