It is no longer inconvenient to travel from Colorado Springs, Fort Collins, and throughout Colorado for cosmetic plastic surgery in Denver. The Center for Cosmetic Surgery has created a stress-free, step-by-step process that incorporates our expert care while you recuperate anonymously away from home. From your consultation to your post-surgery follow-ups, our caring staff will guide you through our continuum of care.

Phone and Zoom Consultations

Our surgeons are extremely comfortable with conducting phone and Zoom consultations. You will feel their sincere warmth and expertise translate over the phone or computer. Once you have scheduled a virtual consultation with one of our surgeons, please review the following steps to make for a smooth first interaction.

  • Call (303) 278-2600 or email [email protected] to reserve your consultation time.
  • When reserving your consultation time, specify your preference for a phone or Zoom consultation.
  • A member of our staff will collect your pertinent information over the phone.
  • Take pictures of the areas of concern, then email the photos to your CCS point of contact. (All of your personal information will be safely stored in our secure database.)
  • Download or print our new patient paperwork from our website.
  • Once your paperwork is complete, scan, email or fax it to (303) 278-4841. (Please fax your information to us at least 48 hours before your appointment.)

You will receive a confirmation email and text two days prior to your consultation.

Your surgeon will review your health history paperwork and pictures prior to your appointment. The doctor will contact you within 10 minutes of your arranged consultation time.

After talking in-depth with one of our surgeons, a member from our cosmetic coordination team will prepare your surgical quote, email the quote, explain fees, and answer your questions that pertain to scheduling surgery, traveling, and recovery.

Post-Surgical Follow-Up Appointments

Your surgeon will see you a day or two after surgery. This is an important visit to ensure you are ready to travel home. Before heading home, we will establish a follow-up appointment for you and your doctor over the phone. As your healing process continues, you will have two to four follow-up appointments by phone over the course of the year. Keep in mind that we are always just a phone call away if you have any questions or concerns.

Out-of-Town Patient FAQ

Why travel for plastic surgery?

Your safety and results depend on the plastic surgeon you choose to perform your surgery. If the most qualified plastic surgeon is not in your local area, it can be a good idea to travel for your surgery. Another reason patients travel is for privacy. Having plastic surgery outside of your local area can minimize the chances of running into a familiar face during the process.

Does my choice of plastic surgeon really matter?

Yes. There is no training requirement for a doctor to perform cosmetic surgery. Many types of doctors trained in fields other than plastic surgery—such as gynecology and dermatology—offer all kinds of aesthetic procedures. If you don’t choose carefully, you could find yourself in the hands of a doctor who has had no formal education in plastic surgery and has not had to prove their knowledge and skill in exams and peer reviews. Review our Choosing a Surgeon page to learn more.

When can I travel after my surgery?

The timeframe for returning home will depend on the complexity of the procedure you have (for example, a breast augmentation versus a Mommy Makeover) and individual factors. Some patients can safely travel within 1 or 2 days; others may need 7 to 10 days of recovery before taking a long car ride or flying.
