I love Dr. Steven Vath, he is an artist and an exceptional surgeon! The entire staff and surgical team at The Center for Cosmetic Surgery are professional, helpful and pleasant to work with. My husband and I met with Dr. Vath in May of 2025 and I did not have an easy situation for him to deal with. I had bilateral ruptured implants with the possibility of silcone migration. I had bilateral capsular contractures that had created very mis-shaped breasts. I had done my research online and on their website, looking for a surgeon that could do an explant, capsulectomy and a difficult reconstruction with a mastopexy and much smaller implants subglandular. I was very impressed with his profile and after meeting with him, we knew right away that he would be the one to do the surgery. My background is in the medical field and in cosmetic surgery, so getting to talk "shop" with Dr. Vath was a treat! I was slightly apprehensive about the mastopexy portion (breast lift) of the procedure, however, after meeting Dr. Vath, I was completely at ease. I am 5 months post- op and my results are amazing! I don't even notice the incisions anymore. I want to make a shout out, for the MOTIVA Implants-these are above and beyond anything they have ever had on the market. These mimic real breast tissue and give fantastic results. I am so happy with my results! I am smaller now and these breasts look like they did before I ever had anything done! I would highly recommend Dr. Steven Vath, his staff and surgical team to everyone. The Center for Cosmetic Surgery is a professional and warm environment. The Golden, CO facility is beautiful. Being in my 60's and just slightly overweight, I had excess fat & skin under my chin. Neck skin was also somewhat loose. I went in to see about a neck lift and they also suggested the lower part of my face right above my jawline. It was the best decision I have ever made and would do it again in a heartbeat !! (not that I need to - lol)

I want to rave about Dr Vath and his staff they are incredible and Dr. Vath as a surgeon is The best decision I could have made I’ve had a patient / Dr relationship since 2021 due to complications beyond control however his bedside manner is extraordinary and his dedication is top tier. I truly could not have chosen a better Dr I highly recommend him .

My experience with Dr. Wolfe and the Center for Cosmetic Surgery was nothing short of amazing! I cannot say enough good things about the staff, facility and Dr. Wolfe himself. I highly recommend Dr. Wolfe to anyone considering a cosmetic procedure!

I was very satisfied with a small procedure performed by Dr. Andrew Wolf. I highly recommend him — he is friendly, detailed, and thorough. The staff at the Center for Cosmetic Surgery were also extremely welcoming and thorough throughout the entire process. Overall, a great experience.

I was a little late to the sunscreen camp (oops!) and started noticing some premature laxity in my late 30s/40s. Thankfully, I found Dr. Wolfe, who worked his magic and helped me look like myself again — just more refreshed and natural. It was a great experience from start to finish. Dr. Wolfe and his staff are wonderful, and he’s a highly skilled, meticulous surgeon. I’m about three months postop now and couldn’t be happier with how everything continues to settle beautifully. No regrets at all; I’d do it again in a heartbeat… though I’m hoping my new commitment to sunscreen and wide-brimmed hats buys me at least another decade!
