I still have a few more weeks of healing before I know my final results but from start to finish I have been very pleased with my experience. I first saw Dr Freeman a year ago for a consultation to have a breast lift with fat transfer to the breast (this requires liposuction to other areas of the body to harvest fat). It took me a while to decide because I have a rather unique ish case because my left breast is more tuberous than the right. I do not want implants and so that makes things for the Dr a bit more difficult when it comes to achieving results. Dr Freeman was very honest about the possibilities of doing this procedure with no implants but also very positive and I appreciate his attitude and whole personality over all. He’s funny and kind and that is just as important as being technical and precise in my opinion. So far everything is healing wonderfully (lipo comes with its own issues, swelling mostly) and I am so glad I made the right choice in picking Dr Freeman. The staff and nurses also helped make my experience everything I needed. The pre/post op and surgical nurses genuinely care and you can tell.

Dr Steinwald and team were great! My procedure went smoothly, and when I had a post-surgical complication the nurses were great at calming me down over the phone and getting me in first thing the next morning to get checked out. Special shout out to my anesthesiologist Derek, he was awesome. General anesthesia was what I was most scared about, but he totally put me at ease and was super thorough in answering my many questions. I highly recommend the center for cosmetic surgery, especially for gender affirming care!

At 49 years of age, I finally decided to treat myself to a modified mommy makeover (tummy tuck, breast lift and implant). I can't express the change in my self-esteem and confidence since having these procedures done with Dr. Matthew Freeman and his amazing team. I have never been an easy patient and did have some unforeseen complications which Dr. Freeman quickly prioritized and addressed with compassion and genuine empathy.
