32 year-old female (no kids) who wore a 36G bra size, with some asymmetry, and associated back and neck pain. A standard anchor-pattern breast reduction was performed by Dr. Steinwald, with approximately 350g removed on the right, and 370 on the left. She is shown here at exactly 2 months post-op.
