This 62 year-old woman was somewhat concerned about her jowling, but moreso about the laxity of her neck; it was advised she was a good candidate for a 2-layer SMAS-plication" mini-facelift" approach to principally address her neck, which responded nicely; photos are from approximately 3 months post-op.
