Labiaplasty Before & After Case 739

30 year-old female who had given birth to 2 children and had inner vaginal lip hypertrophy for most of her adult life (but especially since childbirth).  She was troubled by the appearance and asymmetry of her labia minora, and had discomfort during intercourse.  She was advised she was an excellent candidate for a Denver "labiaplasty", which was performed as a "vertical trim" under light general anesthesia.  

She healed very nicely, here shown at approximately 3 months post-operatively.
